12 Dimension reflection 

Part 1:

The first Dimension what I will described is Growth, and it have to thing (people – material). Growth in people like when you interest on some person or anyone. And Material if you don’t care about anyone and the whole thing you want it is money.

The second Dimension is context; it's how to show your respect with your manager or with any costumer. It is in (formal or informal).

The third Dimension is communication. Which is how you connect with people it's (direct or in direct).     

  

Part 2:

The first Dimension I focus on it is Growth. And i agree with that to balance between people and material. When I balance between these two things I feel that I help two of them. So, when I Interest in both of them I will see the difference and the experience. The second Dimension is context. I like to work with my team like a brother. Also if we work in informal each one can give he's opinion  But we have to respect the guess and we must use a good word. That we can show them some respect. And the third dimension is Communication, I like to use a direct communication because we work in a big company so, we can show our opinion in some of work or something in services.  

 Part 3:

When I did these thing I really get a good results and don’t want any change in that plan because its difficult to choose some planning and get a good result and if I want to change something I will change to get a very nice result. Maybe In five years later I think that I have to do some small thing like in communication. I want to be the communication between the restaurant and the guess all in display. So, the people can order what they want in a few minutes.
